Once we receive your order, it will take us about 2-3 days to ship your product from our warehouse and about 5-7 business days to reach your doorstep depending on your pincode. We will keep you posted on the status through the tracking link on email after your order is placed. 

Please note:

• We will make 3 attempts on consecutive days to deliver your order. If the order is not delivered by the 3rd attempt, it will be returned back to our warehouse, and the order will be canceled.

• Joonweb  is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Please ensure you correctly note down your address during checkout to avoid any hassles. Once your package is in the hands of one of our shipping carriers, it becomes their responsibility.

What if the parcel is rejected during delivery by the customer?

• For partial COD: If the parcel is rejected during delivery, the prepaid amount won't be refunded.

• For Prepaid Orders: 10% of the order value will be charged as cancellation fee. The balance amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
